Frank Kwok worked as a medical doctor before coming to Christ. He has served as senior pastor of Fellowship for almost twenty years. Frank oversees the leadership team and is involved in teaching, evangelism, and discipleship. He and his wife Paulle have four adult children and eleven grandchildren.

Before joining Fellowship, Mike gained broad ministry experience in churches in the USA. Mike teaches and manages the church administration. His wife went to be with the Lord in 2003 after suffering from cancer, leaving three children. In 2006 Mike remarried to April and they praise God together for His provision.

Ben Kwok grew up in Fellowship and trained in the USA for ministry. Ben is currently planting Fellowship's branch church in nearby Rouse Hill. He and Di have three children.
